One of our parents, Carissa, submitted a question asking what to do as her child’s accommodations on his IEP (individualized education plan) is not being followed. This is a very serious topic since the IEP is a legal document and MUST be implemented as written!! Listed to my game plan for Carissa and ANYONE who has a child where their IEP is not being implemented as it should be!
